Quit Smoking Tips

Here are a few tips to help you stop smoking

3.       Ask friends or colleagues not to smoke around you or leave cigarettes out.

4.       Eating five or more servings of fruits and vegetable a day and less saturated fat can help improve your health and may reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. Have a balanced diet, and watch how much you eat.

5.       But.. don’t let weight gain distract you from your main goal — quitting smoking
